This may look like an unassuming chocolate cupcake, but it's secretly Guinness/chocolate with cream cheese frosting. Delicious. We're preparing an nice Irish (American) feast for dinner tonight, with corned beef and cabbage, potatoes, and loads of Magners, Murphys, and Guinness.
